Refund Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 7 working days of receipt of the goods purchased. In this case, the Customer must send to TRITO an email to orders@violinmakinginspain.com asking for authorization.

Products must be returned in perfect condition (with original packaging and unused). Damaged products or products without their original packaging will not be accepted. The return of an article implies a complete refund of the cost of the product minus the delivery charge.

In the case of manufacturing defects there is no need to fill in a form when returning the product, provided that the damage does not derive from transportation or misuse by the customer. In this case, you should contact us by e-mail at orders@violinmakinginspain.com or by phone at (+34) 933 426 175 to claim a refund. On receiving the returned product we will proceed to examine it and, where applicable, we will totally refund the cost of the article plus the cost of delivery.
